Good morning,

I’m Bryan Fine, MD, MPH, CEO & Founder of Percentric. This e-newsletter – always evolving – focuses on keeping you well by addressing both non-COVID-19 and COVID-19 health concerns. We work hard to keep it real, and real-time.

1. Covid-19 update

Virginia is beginning to open back up.  Are we ready? Turns out Virginia, like most states that are beginning to reopen, haven’t met the White House guidelines to do so. Ruh-roh.

2. Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy (Belated) Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. Thanks for all you do to keep this world running! What better way to celebrate moms- and give yourself a morale boost- than to check out one of these live streaming “baby cams.” From puppies to polar bears, they’re all adorable.

3. Percentric News

Just a reminder, we have cut back our brief to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can check out our blog here if you’re missing us!

4. Pandemic gardens, anyone?

See here to find out why many Americans are turning to pandemic gardens to deal with the COVID-19 crisis. The reason may not be what you think.

5. Ask a Percentric Doc

Today’s question: Have you watched the “Plandemic” video? What do you think?

Have I watched it? Well, kinda. I’ve watched snippets in videos debunking this widely disproved video. Overall, I think we- everyone, but especially doctors- have a responsibility to deal in facts and science, not in unproven, sensationalized claims. You can see a point-by-point fact check in this article or in this video.

Stay safe, smart, and sane.
