Good morning,

I’m Bryan Fine, MD, MPH, CEO & Founder of Percentric. This e-newsletter – always evolving – focuses on keeping you well by addressing both non-COVID-19 and COVID-19 health concerns. We work hard to keep it real, and real-time.

1. COVID-19- Symptoms & Keeping Safe

This is a thorough- but very understandable- Q & A break down of everything we know about the novel coronavirus: symptoms and what to do if you have them, how it’s transmitted, who’s most at risk, and ways to stay safe.

2. Tips for safe mail and deliveries

Did you like last week’s video on how to safely bring groceries and to go food home? Did you wonder if it was a little too much? Just think of coronavirus like glitter. It may not last for 2 weeks, but it can spread places you’d never expect. Check out this follow up video from Dr. Jeffrey VanWingen, MD, for a run down of suggestions to get your packages, mail, and delivery food in your house without contamination.

3. Some Good News

See one 9-year-old get an awesome surprise on the second episode of “Some Good News” with John Krasinski.

4. Why can’t you find toilet paper?

It makes so much more sense after reading this article.

5. Question of the day: Was it COVID?

I got asked by a family member recently if the illness they had in early December could have been COVID-19 and “they just weren’t testing for it yet.” Turns out, a quick search of the ol’ Google shows they aren’t the only one wondering that. The answer? Highly unlikely, unless they just came back from an international trip to China.

Stay safe, smart, and sane.
